Transitioning European corporates towards functioning scaled agility and piloting CxOs (supervisory boards, Executive Boards and councils) in challenging times of "Disruptive Innovation".
The company's name “CrewCrafter” is a describing metaphor for the craftmanship required to establish the conceptual prerequisite of individual collaborators and "so-called" Teams to create, to craft the one High Performing Agile Crew. The phrase “Team” does not describe the same level of collaborative maturity as the inherant meaning of a “Crew”. A Crew represents a committed bunch of people working on the same level organizational maturity, capacity and collective understanding of collaboration. So, to speak – the existence of a CREW is prerequisite for any performing Agile Organization. This includes the CxO-Top-Management and the Supervisory Board of any successfully agile acting and collaboration corporate organization. Together, we turn the corporate "Superyacht" around.
If one group of people should intend to attack the perilous challenges of a blue water sailing turn across the ocean, they had better ensure to have a "Crew" on board. If they try to craft the Sailing-Crew once there on the way it will, most recently, cause some extra challenges - no one would like to have on board - once you left the harbor.
While reading through this content you are invited to anticipate the meaning of “Crewcrafter” and the picture of the sailing crew on your running corporate programs. Ether your running programs are performing – or they might be in deep trouble. Crewcrafter is here to pivot your programs on the course of successfully implemented and applied Agile Collaboration. This requires far more than the implementation of one of the commonly known Agile Frameworks.
